Crafted from traditional dark sheesham rosewood with brass pins, this Bagatelle board boasts a satisfying clinking noise and precise scoring areas.
Measuring 34cm x 20cm x 7.5cm (H), the board is 3.5cm (H) at the front. The set includes 6mm diameter balls and evolved from the popular trou madame game in the 19th century.
Its development was influenced by French billard russe and Japanese billard japonais, leading to the creation of pachinko and modern pinball. Even Queen Victoria enjoyed playing Bagatelle pinball over 150 years ago.
